Tanti podi per i biathleti regionali nella mass start che ha aperto i Campionati Italiani Assoluti, Under 22, Under 19 e Under 17 in Val Martello.
Nella prova assoluta vittoria di Dominik Windisch con 18″8 su Lukas Hofer e 40″ su Beppe Montello, che quindi porta a Forni Avoltri il bronzo. Sesto il compaesano Nicola Romanin.
Tra le donne la sfida fra Dorothea Wierer e Lisa Vittozzi è a favore della vincitrice della Coppa del Mondo, con la sappadina argento a 16″1. Bronzo a 41″7 a Alexia Runggaldier.
Solo in volata sfugge il titolo Under 22 per Daniele Cappellari, battuto per 4 decimi da Cedric Christille e quindi secondo. Dodicesimo Daniele Fauner.
Una medaglia FISI FVG anche nelle Under 22 femminile con Eleonora Fauner, bronzo nella gara vinta da Samuela Comola davanti a Irene Lardschneider. Quinta Nicole Del Fabbro della Fornese.
Negli Under 19 quinto Fabio Cappellari della Fornese, sedicesimo Samuele Puntel, stessa posizione occupata nella corrispondente categoria femminile da Sara Cesco Fabbro.
Negli Under 17 sesto posto per Lorenzo Solero davanti al compagno dei Camosci Mattia Piller Hoffer, con l’altro sappadino Fabio Piller Cottrer dodicesimo.
Infine le Under 17, con Sara Scattolo della Monte Coglians quarta.
Domenica le staffette.
