Tante medaglie per i biathleti regionali nelle staffette dei Campionati Italiani che in Val Martello hanno chiuso la stagione 2018-2019.
La prova assoluta ha visto Lisa Vittozzi conquistare il titolo assieme ai colleghi del Cs Carabinieri Patrick Braunhofer e Lukas Hofer, mentre Giuseppe Montello, assieme a Michela Carrara e Thierry Chenal, è giunto terzo con la squadra 2 del Cs Esercito alle spalle dei colleghi Thomas Bormolini, Nicole Gontier e Dominik Windisch.
Negli Under 22 vincono le Fiamme Gialle di Giacomel-Lardschneider-Christille davanti al Cs Carabinieri, che propone Simon Leitgeb e i cugini Eleonora e Daniele Fauner, che quindi portano a Sappada l’argento. Terzo l’Esercito con Nicase, Comola e Tumler.
Daniele Cappellari con le Fiamme Oro ha chiuso quarto assieme a Alexia Runggaldier e Pietro Dutto.
Negli Aspiranti la squadra FIS FVG chiude quarta con Fabio Piller Cottrer, Sara Scattolo e Lorenzo Solero; undicesima la seconda squadra con Mattia Piller Hoffer, Debora Ottaviani e Cristian Cencini.
La squadra Giovani, con Fabio Cappellari, Sara Cesco Fabbro e Samuele Puntel è stata squalificata.
Si chiude così una stagione che ha regalato ancora una volta tante soddisfazioni al movimento regionale, sia con chi è approdato alla Coppa del Mondo (ovviamente su tutte Lisa Vittozzi ma anche Giuseppe Montello), sia con il gruppo della squadra di Comitato, che ha visto come coordinatore Maurizio Del Fabbro, Luca Natale direttore tecnico, Enrico Tach (responsabile) e Daniele Piller Roner allenatori.
